Pre Treatment Advice

We advise you to avoid alcohol 1-2 days beforehand as this will cause fluid retention so will give false results

Eat small meals regularly before and after wrap. Do not skip meals, as this will slow your metabolism and may cause you to faint

I can provide disposable briefs for you but I would ask you bring a bikini top or bra to wear whilst being measured before and after.

Initial loss will continue over 2/3 days

Treatment Procedure

Treatment consultation sheet to be filled out and signed by client

You will be left to undress down to underwear (or whatever you prefer to wear during the treatment).

The treatment proceeds as follows: -
Body Brushing
Application of the Oil
You will then spend one hour on a heated bed and receive a file and paint or a mini facial before being left to relax
Unwrapped, any excess product will be massaged in
Re-measured and results recorded
Left to dress

Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and fizzy drinks for at least 24 hours

Avoid exercise for at least 24 hours

Tanning is not recommended for at least 48 hours after treatment

Drink plenty of water, ideally about 1 litre per day for the next 3 days. This will help the cleansing process and flush out the toxins

Follow a healthy lifestyle to include a balanced diet with regular exercise

Avoid bathing, showering or Swimming until the following day to allow the product to continue to work

You may notice an increase in urination for the following 3 days. This is completely normal as the body eliminates the toxins and fat.
